Upon contacting us to purchase an item, or to place a custom order:

• We will respond to your request within 24 hours. 
• Exact specifications will be required in writing on our order form.
• Custom details and additional requests can alter the price of the item.
• Payment in full is due at the time of item pick up or delivery.
• A down payment may be required at the time of order for bigger items.
• Returns are pending review, and only if the item has been cared for properly.
